This is a good recreation, hunting, or pasture quarter. There is a man-made drainage ditch that crosses the land, which could be a good supply of water for livestock. The only access is via an undeveloped road allowance that runs along the Western edge of the land. From Prince Albert, go 10 kms North on Hwy 2, then 6 kms West on Gardiner Road. The land is 1 mile South from the Brokerage's real estate sign, along the undeveloped road allowance.
